Our Gameweek 7 list from Reddit, two Gameweeks on: what the numbers say
1 comment ↓Ten days ago we posted seven Gameweek 7 names on Reddit, three under 10% owned and four big names worth a hard look. Here is what each has scored since, what our team needs today, and where Mr. Tilt stands against The Scout.

Ten days ago we posted a short list on Reddit. Three players owned by fewer than 10% of managers were near the top of FPL Tilt's Gameweek 7 projections, and four of the most-owned names had a fixture, a fitness doubt or a question over their place beside them.
One of the top replies read the list as advice to sell João Pedro and Morgan Rogers for a Spurs or Bournemouth defender, or for "a striker who can't hit a barn door with a banjo", and called it some of the worst advice they had seen. Two Gameweeks on, here is what all seven have done.

Ordered by points since the post, highest first, within each half of the list. Points with bonus and ownership: Fantasy Premier League, read on 25 October 2026 at 10:45 CET, after Saturday's matches.
The three cheap players have 23 points between them, with Silva still to play at Old Trafford today. The four big names have seven. Jan Paul van Hecke kept a clean sheet at Stamford Bridge on Saturday, in the same match where Chelsea's two attackers finished with one point between them.
Gonzalo García has two points in each Gameweek since, and still has one goal all season, from the opening weekend.
Dominik Szoboszlai lasted half an hour at Brentford before his hamstring went again, and Joško Gvardiol came off the bench against Ipswich for no points before playing the whole match at Villa Park for one. João Pedro missed Saturday's game after feeling something in training on Friday.
Two Gameweeks is a small sample, and Silva's game today will add to it.
What our team needs today
Our own team goes into today's games on 31 points from its eleven, with FPL's running average at 27, and Gabriel's 17 did most of the work.

Gabriel had the armband until the last seconds before the deadline, when we moved it to Igor Thiago. Now we need Thiago to haul at Hull.
Bryan Mbeumo is at home to Bournemouth, who have let in nine goals in three away games, and he has scored in both of United's last league games. Bradley Barcola, who came in for Bukayo Saka, plays at Anfield against Brighton: we want to see him start, and anything more is a bonus. Sunderland play Leeds later in the afternoon, with Enzo Le Fée in Sunderland's midfield and James Trafford in Leeds' goal. A clean sheet for Trafford would make up a little for the eight points Bernd Leno scored on our bench.
Mr. Tilt against The Scout
Mr. Tilt's eleven, picked straight from FPL Tilt's projections each week, has won both Gameweeks so far against The Scout's: 41 to 38 in Gameweek 6 and 71 to 64 in Gameweek 7, 112 to 102 overall.
Gameweek 8 is going the same way. Mr. Tilt's eleven is on 52 to The Scout's 22, with Gabriel's 17 and Konsa's 14 against Palmer's red card and João Pedro's absence. Both made Haaland captain. Both still have Thiago and Tarik Muharemović to come today; The Scout also has Marcus Tavernier and Caoimhín Kelleher, and Mr. Tilt has Mbeumo, Bruno Fernandes and Trafford.
The Gameweek 7 list and Mr. Tilt's eleven come from the same projections, and both are checked again every week on the Track record page.
Points, bonus, ownership, fixtures and our team's picks (FPL team "No L") are Fantasy Premier League's, read on 25 October 2026 at 10:45 CET, before Sunday's matches. The Gameweek 7 list is our post on Reddit of 15 October 2026; the quoted reply is from that thread. Mr. Tilt against The Scout is from FPL Tilt's own page. Szoboszlai's injury at Brentford was reported by Liverpool; João Pedro's absence by Chelsea, in Xabi Alonso's words.
